About the role#
The Architecture and Facility Engineering Services division at the Disneyland Resort offers an internship program designed to build your practical technical knowledge. You will assist engineers on a variety of projects, including attractions, maintenance, food services, merchandise, and entertainment facilities. This role runs from January to June 2027.
What you'll do#
- Assist project engineers across all phases of work, from initial design and field data collection to construction administration and project close-out.
- Design, test, document, and maintain hardware and software control systems for resort facilities and utilities.
- Participate in project planning, estimating, scheduling, and training.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams and other business units to support reliability and safety.
- Provide clear and timely communication regarding project status to management, partners, and team members.
- Comply with all company, state, and federal regulations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a junior, senior, or graduate student in an accredited electrical or mechanical engineering program.
- Strong leadership, technical, and interpersonal skills.
- Initiative to handle multiple tasks and priorities as a self-starter.
- A valid US driver's license.
- Availability to work various shifts as required by projects.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, on-site in Anaheim.

- Compensation: $30.00 per hour for undergraduate students or $35.00 per hour for graduate students.
