About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2026. You will join the team in Colorado Springs to support the development and evaluation of complex systems.
What you'll do#
- Perform operational analysis and develop concept of operations.
- Develop test plans, procedures, and cases.
- Conduct tests and document your results.
- Analyze system requirements provided by end users.
- Support the development and evaluation of complex system designs and architectures.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to communicate design activity plans and status to internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Aviation, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
- Coursework or experience in systems engineering, systems architecture, or systems analysis and design.
- Familiarity with software tools and scripting.
- Experience with systems performance modeling and integration.
- Knowledge of project management or model-based systems engineering.
Location & details#
- Location: Colorado Springs, CO.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: 9/80 schedule, which includes 80 hours worked over 9 days with every other Friday off.
