About the role#
The Facilities Shared Services division at the Disneyland Resort offers a professional development program for students interested in facilities, building operation systems, utilities, and project management. You will work alongside FSS Engineers, Engineering Service Managers, and trade teams to provide support for attractions, maintenance, food, merchandise, and entertainment operations.
What you'll do#
- Review engineering drawings for site layouts, grading plans, drainage systems, and critical utilities.
- Support the development of stormwater management and erosion control plans.
- Assist in building the Disneyland Resort Geographic Information System (GIS) database.
- Participate in project design, procurement, and construction support.
- Provide technical data to engineering staff and management teams.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a Junior, Senior, or Graduate student at an accredited college or university in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Hands-on experience with Autodesk, AutoCAD, or Civil3D.
- Experience using Esri ArcGIS Pro or Desktop.
- Strong leadership, technical, and interpersonal skills.

- Location: Anaheim, California.
- Term: January through June 2027.
- Modality: On-site, full-time (40 hours per week).
- Compensation: $30.00 per hour for undergraduates and $35.00 per hour for graduate students.
