About the role#
The Brand Relations team supports Disney and Pixar Games by working alongside production, creative, and marketing departments. As an intern, you will assist with assigned game titles, manage assets, and handle review processes for deliverables. You will gain experience working with Disney, Pixar, and 20th brands while supporting the team in a collaborative environment.
What you'll do#
- Provide content and reference materials for production, creative, and marketing teams.
- Route assets to studio and partner stakeholders for approval.
- Collaborate with PR, marketing, and creative partners to gather feedback on submissions.
- Maintain databases and directories to track project deliverables.
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to help move reviews forward.
- Learn about brand relations processes and the specific needs of our gaming partnerships.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Brand Management, Gaming, or a related field.
- Ability to think creatively and solve problems.
- Strong written and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and experience managing workflows.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Curiosity about the gaming and interactive media industries.
- Familiarity with Disney, Pixar, and 20th brands.
- Experience with content creation in Keynote or PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of project management tools like Airtable.
- Prior project or internship experience.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess unrestricted work authorization.
Location & details#
- Location: Glendale, California.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 11th to June 4th).
- Modality: This is a full-time, on-site internship.
- Compensation: $23.00 per hour.
