About the role#
HungryPanda Ltd is looking for a Marketing Intern to join our team in Davis, California. This is an on-site, part-time position focused on field marketing and user acquisition. You will work directly in the community to grow our brand presence.
What you'll do#
- Lead in-person promotional activities at university campuses, residential areas, and local events.
- Introduce our app and current campaigns to new users to drive growth.
- Organize and hand out promotional materials like flyers and event supplies.
- Represent the company at festivals, campus orientations, and cultural events.
- Collect user feedback to help us refine our marketing strategies.
- Assist the marketing team with community outreach and brand awareness projects.
What you'll need#
- An outgoing, proactive personality and comfort speaking with new people face-to-face.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated.
- Valid work authorization for the duration of the internship, such as CPT or OPT.
- Ability to work on-site for field marketing tasks.
- Familiarity with local Chinese communities, student organizations, or university networks is preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, event marketing, or campus ambassador programs is a plus.
- Current enrollment in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration programs.
