About the role#
HungryPanda Ltd is looking for a Marketing Intern to join our team in Berkeley. You will help us grow our brand presence by connecting with the local Chinese community and university students. This is a paid, part-time role that offers hands-on experience in campaign planning and execution.
What you'll do#
- Plan and run marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
- Carry out in-person promotional activities in high-traffic areas like campuses and residential communities.
- Introduce our app and products to new users to support acquisition goals.
- Build and maintain partnerships with university clubs and student associations.
- Manage WeChat community engagement and promotional content.
- Oversee on-ground promoters and gather data on campaign performance.
- Assist the marketing team with daily tasks and ad-hoc projects.
What you'll need#
- You are outgoing, proactive, and work well in a team.
- You have strong communication and execution skills.
- You are creative and willing to try new approaches.
- You speak Mandarin and are familiar with US Chinese community and university networks.
- You have a valid driver license and access to a vehicle.
- You have legal work authorization (OPT/CPT supported).
- You can commit to at least three months of work.
- Experience with Xiaohongshu (RED) operations or poster design is a plus.
