About the role#
HungryPanda Ltd is hiring a Marketing Intern in Madison, Wisconsin. This is a paid, part-time, on-site internship. We provide sponsorship for CPT and OPT holders. High-performing interns may be considered for full-time offers.
What you'll do#
- Assist the marketing team with planning and executing campaigns.
- Conduct in-person promotional activities in high-traffic areas, including university campuses and residential communities.
- Introduce our app, products, and campaigns to potential users to support acquisition.
- Build and maintain partnerships with university clubs and student associations.
- Manage on-ground promoters and support WeChat community engagement.
- Collect and analyze campaign performance data.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by the marketing team.
What you'll need#
- You are outgoing, proactive, and work well within a team.
- Strong communication and execution skills are required.
- You are creative and willing to experiment with new ideas.
- Familiarity with the US Chinese community and university networks is expected.
- Experience in Xiaohongshu (RED) operations or poster design is a plus.
- You must have legal work authorization.
- A valid driver license and access to a vehicle are required for this role.
- You must be able to commit to a minimum of three months.
- You should be comfortable with in-person promotional work.
- Relevant majors include Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
