About the role#
As a GTM & Content Marketing Intern, you will help tell the story of Lance through high-signal video content and LinkedIn. You will work directly with the founder on distribution experiments, narrative, and brand. This role offers real ownership over our social media and video presence.
What you'll do#
- Plan, script, and produce short-form video content like product walkthroughs, founder clips, and customer stories.
- Turn raw ideas, call snippets, and product updates into clear video narratives for hotel operators and startup audiences.
- Own the LinkedIn posting calendar by publishing, iterating, and analyzing what drives engagement with hotel GMs, owners, and industry partners.
- Repurpose existing videos into threads, carousels, and snippets for the company LinkedIn page and founder profile.
- Experiment with formats such as talking head, screen-record, meme-style, and voiceover while optimizing hooks, titles, and thumbnails.
- Collaborate on GTM campaigns around launches, case studies, and conference appearances.
What you'll need#
- Strong video content skills, including the ability to storyboard, record, and edit short-form videos using tools like CapCut or Premiere.
- An understanding of LinkedIn as a distribution channel and opinions on what performs well for B2B and SaaS.
- Ability to turn loose, messy ideas into clean, punchy content with minimal oversight.
- Interest in startups and curiosity about AI, hotels, or hospitality tech.
- A bias toward action, enjoyment of rapid iteration, and comfort with testing and discarding ideas quickly.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, part-time internship.
- The role is remote-friendly, though we prefer overlap with Pacific Time.
- We are based in San Francisco, California.
