About the role#
The Personal Lines State Management Analytics team is looking for an intern to support business growth and decision-making. You will work on projects that help optimize and consolidate business for our agent partners. This role is a full-time, 10-week summer internship program.
What you'll do#
- Analyze business trends, performance metrics, and operational data to find opportunities and provide insights.
- Build, maintain, and improve Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Use SQL to collect, extract, and validate data from multiple sources.
- Create reports for field teams and customers to articulate value.
- Summarize your work and present a final project to management and leadership at the end of the summer.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelors or advanced degree program, preferably in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
- Technical experience with Power BI or Tableau, Excel, and SQL.
- Ability to commit to a full-time 10-week internship.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
- Background in marketing, sales, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
