About the role#
The Strategic Technology Vendor Relations (STVR) team manages technology vendor engagements to support contracting and service needs. This paid, one-year internship provides an opportunity to apply academic principles in a professional setting. The role is part-time, not exceeding 20 hours per week, and requires availability during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. Applicants must be members of the Church who are worthy of a temple recommend.
What you'll do#
- Review low-cost software contracts.
- Process staff requests.
- Support various projects as assigned by STVR team members.
- Receive and complete assignments under supervisor review.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an educational institution or graduation within the last year.
- Ability to meet rigid and challenging deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to master new processes and systems.
- Ability to work independently while remaining proactive in seeking direction.
- Capacity to exercise sound judgment regarding Church doctrine, organization, policy, and protocol.
- Preferred academic backgrounds include Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Communications, or Psychology.
