About the role#
This internship provides first-line technical support for employees. You will help maintain corporate business operations by resolving technical issues and keeping support documentation up to date. You will also escalate problems when necessary to ensure timely resolutions.
What you'll do#
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with corporate hardware and software.
- Provide overview training for end users.
- Update and resolve helpdesk work orders following established procedures.
- Handle other duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an Associate’s degree or higher in a computer-related field.
- Basic knowledge of PC operating systems, hardware, and printer hardware.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Intune, Azure, and Active Directory.
- Experience with mobile device operating systems, Access Manager, and CICS.
- Ability to type at least 30 words per minute.
- Strong problem-solving, oral, and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow your technical skills.
Location & details#
- This role is located in Waco, Texas.
- This is an on-site, full-time, paid internship with a rolling term.
- You must be able to use office equipment for over six hours per day, including extended periods of sitting and concentration.
- The role may require occasional bending, lifting, or moving items weighing up to 30 pounds, as well as occasional travel.
