About the role#
This internship within the Enterprise Architecture team focuses on coordinating organizational unity and effectiveness. You will support various projects and initiatives while gaining hands-on training in software systems and Application Portfolio Management. This role is a paid, full-time position with a rolling term.
What you'll do#
- Review and categorize the software and applications used by the company.
- Engage with different teams to understand their specific needs and how technology aligns with business goals.
- Assist with new projects and initiatives to build project management skills.
- Prepare for team meetings and document key decisions.
- Maintain a strong safety culture by identifying and communicating workplace hazards.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor or Graduate degree program in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Management, or a similar STEM field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical ability to navigate complex challenges.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well within a team.
- Successful completion of pre-employment screenings, which may include drug testing, criminal background checks, motor vehicle checks, physical requirements, or FMCSA Clearinghouse checks.
Location & details#
- This position is based in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota.
- The role follows a hybrid work model, with an expectation of 2-3 days per week in the corporate office. Remote options may be considered for top candidates.
