About the role#
This internship focuses on IT asset management and vendor relations. You will work alongside business units and the Technology team to identify their needs and manage technology purchases. This role serves as a primary point of contact for SAP invoice processing and deliveries.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with business units and Technology teams to understand operational requirements.
- Manage technology purchases, including SAP invoice processing and delivery tracking.
- Assist in the creation of Request for Information (RFI) documents.
- Support the development of Request for Proposal (RFP) materials.
- Help draft Statement of Work (SOW) documents under the guidance of Corporate Purchasing and Contracts.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited university.
- Junior or Senior standing.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Enrollment in a university co-op program or eligibility for an internship.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general business software.
- Understanding of project plans, technical design specifications, and development tools.
- Strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in IT industry trends and emerging technologies.
Location & details#
- Location: Tampa, Florida.
- Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Full-time hours are available, with a preference for 20 to 40 hours per week.
- This is a paid position.
