About the role#
The Fall 2026 Regulatory Internship at Tarte Cosmetics offers students hands-on experience within the regulatory department. This program is designed to provide exposure to industry operations while allowing interns to contribute to meaningful projects in a professional setting.
What you'll do#
- Support daily operations and responsibilities within the regulatory department.
- Take ownership of assigned daily and weekly tasks.
- Collaborate with leaders across various departments to complete independent projects.
- Attend training sessions and speaking engagements led by company leadership.
- Develop core skills in teamwork, leadership, analytical reasoning, and strategic thinking.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment at an accredited college or university, with preference given to rising seniors.
- Ability to commute to the New York City office for the duration of the internship.
- Strong organizational, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain flexibility.
- Proficiency in using AI tools and platforms.
- Pursuing studies in fields such as Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Health, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Environmental Engineering, or Psychology.
