About the role#
The Regulatory Internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience within the regulatory department at Tarte Cosmetics. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New York City for the Fall 2026 term. Interns will engage directly with cross-functional leaders and contribute to the company's regulatory operations.
What you'll do#
- Support day-to-day operations within the Regulatory department.
- Take ownership of assigned daily and weekly tasks.
- Collaborate with leaders across various departments to complete independent projects.
- Participate in trainings and speaking engagements led by company leadership.
- Develop core professional skills, including teamwork, leadership, analytical reasoning, and strategic thinking.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment at an accredited college or university, with a preference for rising seniors.
- Academic background in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Health, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Environmental Engineering, or Psychology.
- Strong organizational, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain flexibility.
- Proficiency in using AI tools and platforms.
