About the role#
Tarte Cosmetics is seeking enthusiastic students for a Fall 2026 Content Internship based in our New York City office. This program provides hands-on experience in digital marketing, with exposure to photo, video, and project management departments. Interns will develop their leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills while working directly with industry professionals.
What you'll do#
- Support day-to-day operations within content departments.
- Take ownership of assigned daily and weekly tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on brand initiatives and events.
- Participate in trainings and speaking engagements led by company leadership.
- Complete an independent project under the guidance of department leaders.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment at an accredited college or university (rising seniors preferred).
- Majors in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or Graphic Design.
- Strong organizational, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency with AI tools and platforms.
