About the role#
Tarte Cosmetics is seeking an intern for the Fall 2026 semester to join the Compliance team within the Operations department. This internship offers hands-on experience in the cosmetic industry, focusing on operational compliance and professional development. You will work from our New York City office throughout the fall term.
What you'll do#
- Support daily operations and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Collaborate with other interns to complete an independent Capstone Project.
- Participate in trainings and speaking engagements led by company leaders across various departments.
- Develop your skills in teamwork, leadership, analytical thinking, and strategic planning.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment at an accredited college or university, with preference given to seniors.
- Ability to work on-site in our New York City office during the fall semester.
- Strong organizational, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain flexible.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Political Science, Communications, Human Resources, or Psychology.
