About the role#
Tarte Cosmetics is seeking an intern for the Fall 2026 semester to join the Operations department. This role provides hands-on experience in compliance within the personal care product manufacturing industry. Interns will work from the New York City office and participate in professional development opportunities alongside other interns.
What you'll do#
- Support daily operations and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Participate in trainings and speaking engagements led by company leadership.
- Collaborate with interns across different departments to complete an independent Capstone Project.
- Develop skills in teamwork, leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking.
What you'll need#
- Must be a current student at an accredited college; seniors are preferred.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Political Science, Communications, Human Resources, or Psychology.
- Ability to work on-site in the New York City office throughout the fall semester.
- Strong organizational, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain flexible.
