About the role#
The Marketing Operations Internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience within the Marketing Operations department at Tarte Cosmetics. This full-time, paid position is designed for students to develop their professional skills while contributing to daily operations in our New York City office.
What you'll do#
- Support the day-to-day operations of the Marketing department.
- Take ownership of assigned daily and weekly tasks.
- Collaborate with leaders across various departments to complete an independent project.
- Participate in trainings and speaking engagements led by company leadership.
- Develop core competencies in teamwork, leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment at an accredited college or university, with preference for rising seniors.
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain flexibility.
- Proficiency in written communication.
