About the role#
The Fall 2026 Key Accounts Internship offers an immersive experience within the marketing department at Tarte Cosmetics. This program is designed for students looking to gain hands-on experience in key accounts while collaborating with industry leaders in an on-site office setting.
What you'll do#
- Support the day-to-day operations of the key accounts department.
- Take ownership of assigned daily and weekly tasks.
- Attend training sessions and speaking engagements led by company leaders across various departments.
- Work closely with department leaders to complete independent projects.
- Develop professional skills in teamwork, leadership, analytical reasoning, and strategic thinking.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment at an accredited college or university, with preference given to seniors.
- Ability to work on-site in the New York City office for the duration of the fall semester.
- Strong organizational, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain flexibility.
- Proficiency in teamwork.
