About the role#
The Fall 2026 Logistics Internship at Tarte Cosmetics offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience within the operations department. Based in our New York City office, this full-time, paid internship is designed for students who want to develop their professional skills while contributing to our logistics processes. You will work alongside industry professionals and participate in a collaborative program that includes training, networking, and a capstone project.
What you'll do#
- Support daily logistics department operations.
- Take ownership of assigned daily and weekly tasks.
- Participate in trainings and speaking engagements led by company leaders.
- Collaborate with interns across various departments to complete an independent Capstone Project.
- Build your skills in teamwork, leadership, analysis, and strategic thinking.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university, with a preference for rising seniors.
- Academic background in Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management.
- Strong organizational, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain flexibility.
- Ability to work on-site in our New York City office for the duration of the fall semester.
