About the role#
The Fall 2026 Logistics Internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience within the operations department at Tarte Cosmetics. This is a paid, full-time, on-site position based in New York City. You will work alongside industry professionals to develop your analytical, strategic, and leadership skills while contributing to the daily operations of the logistics team.
What you'll do#
- Support the day-to-day operations of the logistics department.
- Take ownership of assigned daily and weekly tasks.
- Attend professional trainings and speaking engagements led by company leadership.
- Collaborate with interns across various departments to complete an independent Capstone Project.
- Develop core professional skills, including teamwork, leadership, and strategic thinking.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university, with a preference for rising seniors.
- Academic background in Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management.
- Ability to multitask and remain flexible in a demanding work environment.
- Strong organizational, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site in the New York City office for the duration of the fall semester.
