About the role#
The Fall 2026 Product Development Internship at Tarte Cosmetics offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience within the beauty industry. Based in our New York City office, this program is designed for students eager to develop their skills in teamwork, leadership, analytics, and strategic thinking while contributing to the product development process.
What you'll do#
- Support the daily operations of the Product Development department.
- Take ownership of assigned daily and weekly tasks.
- Collaborate with department leaders on independent projects.
- Attend professional trainings and speaking engagements led by Tarte leadership across various departments.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university, with preference given to seniors.
- Ability to work on-site in our New York City office for the duration of the fall semester.
- Strong organizational, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain flexibility.
- Relevant academic background in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, Communications, or Graphic Design.
