About the role#
This internship offers a hands-on introduction to the Product Development department at Tarte Cosmetics. You will work directly from the New York City office, collaborating with industry leaders to support daily operations and complete independent projects. This role is designed to build your skills in teamwork, leadership, analysis, and strategic thinking.
What you'll do#
- Support daily tasks within the Product Development department.
- Take ownership of assigned daily and weekly responsibilities.
- Collaborate with leaders across various departments on independent projects.
- Attend professional trainings and speaking engagements led by company leadership.
- Develop core professional skills including strategic thinking and analytical problem solving.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university, with preference given to seniors.
- Ability to work on-site in the New York City office for the duration of the fall semester.
- Strong organizational, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain flexible.
- Majors in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, Communications, or Graphic Design are encouraged to apply.
