About the role#
This internship offers hands-on experience within the Influencer Marketing department at our New York office. You will gain exposure to the beauty industry while developing your leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills in a collaborative environment.
What you'll do#
- Support daily operations within the Influencer Marketing department.
- Take ownership of assigned daily and weekly tasks.
- Attend training sessions and speaking engagements led by company leaders across various departments.
- Collaborate with interns from other departments to complete an independent Capstone Project.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college, with preference given to rising seniors.
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
- Strong organizational, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain flexible.
- Strong teamwork skills.
