About the role#
The Community & Creator Marketing Intern will support the Social Media team in managing brand connections with creators, ambassadors, and online communities. This role provides hands-on experience in community engagement, influencer marketing, social listening, and event coordination across a portfolio of beauty brands.
What you'll do#
- Support daily community management across social media platforms by responding to comments and inquiries.
- Assist with ambassador and creator outreach, onboarding, and relationship management, including product shipments.
- Monitor social conversations, consumer sentiment, and trending topics to identify engagement opportunities.
- Assist with creator campaign execution, track campaign milestones, and organize user-generated content.
- Help plan and coordinate community events, influencer activations, and product launches.
- Maintain creator databases, campaign trackers, and partnership documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Brand Marketing, Creative, and Customer Service.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging social platforms.
- Proactive, creative, and collaborative approach to work.
- Experience using social media personally or professionally is preferred.
