About the role#
This internship focuses on the internal operations of TalentPluto. You will work on the recurring machinery that allows a small team to handle high volume. You will take cross-functional problems across recruiting, product, and go-to-market, break them into structured tasks, and build the processes or models that keep them solved. You will gain direct exposure to the founders and ongoing company decisions.
What you'll do#
- Structure ambiguous cross-functional problems and drive them to a decision.
- Build and improve the internal processes and workflows the team uses daily.
- Analyze operational data to identify where throughput is lost and propose fixes.
- Create simple models and reporting to support planning and prioritization.
- Document how things work so processes survive handoff and do not depend on one person.
What you'll need#
- Strong analytical and structured thinking.
- Comfort working on ambiguous problems with limited direction.
- Strong written communication with the ability to synthesize information clearly.
- Comfort using spreadsheets and learning new tools quickly.
- Ability to be self-directed in a remote startup environment.
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Economics.
