Summer Intern (Ecommerce Operations)

About the role#

This is a hands-on, full-time summer internship focused on ecommerce operations for the Italist luxury fashion marketplace. You will take project briefs and execute actual work rather than building plans or decks. This role offers the opportunity to develop skills across account management, conversion rate optimization, pricing strategy, and business intelligence. We are open to current students, new graduates, and those making a career pivot.

What you'll do#

• Pilot projects from the backlog by launching initiatives, iterating based on data, and presenting results to determine long-term investment.
• Dig deep into business data to draw insights and make data-backed recommendations, including querying data, building dashboards, and setting up monitoring.
• Write code, build prototypes, manage API integrations, and create automations using AI tools.

What you'll need#

• Experience building with AI on the side and an interest in applying it to real-world problems.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in launching startups or running a business.
• A willingness to work hard to accelerate skill development.
• The ability to thrive in chaos and adapt quickly to new challenges.
• Relevant academic background in Data Science, Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
