About the role#
As a Project Coordinator Co-op, you will support delivery pods during Shopify Plus implementations for enterprise clients. You will work alongside Project Managers to gain hands-on experience in how a digital agency manages complex e-commerce projects. This role involves taking ownership of specific administrative and coordination tasks to support project health and client delivery.
What you'll do#
- Help prepare materials and agendas for client meetings and status calls.
- Support project onboarding activities, such as documentation setup and kickoff scheduling.
- Assist with maintaining project schedules, milestones, and task trackers under the guidance of a Project Manager.
- Track timesheet submissions and follow up on outstanding entries.
- Compile content for weekly client status reports based on pod activity.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary program, specifically in Business, Commerce, Operations, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- An interest in project management, e-commerce, or digital agency work.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, or project trackers is an asset.

- This is a paid, full-time position located in Vancouver, British Columbia.
