About the role#
The Commercial Banking Internship is a 10-week program designed to provide undergraduate students with a comprehensive introduction to commercial banking operations, strategies, and career opportunities. Interns work alongside relationship managers, credit analysts, and team leaders to gain hands-on experience with financial solutions and industry insights.
What you'll do#
- Participate in program activities, including workshops, training sessions, and special projects.
- Conduct market research and financial analysis to identify client needs and recommend banking solutions.
- Assist with financial spreads, due diligence on potential borrowers or guarantors, and loan document reviews.
- Collaborate with team members to contribute to real-time business initiatives.
- Support marketing activities to enhance client engagement and promote banking services.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Rising Senior status with a graduation date in 2027.
- 3.4 GPA preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Detail-oriented, proactive approach, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.

- Location: Tampa, Florida.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Work Modality: On-site, 40 hours per week.
