About the role#
The Commercial Banking Internship Program is a 10-week experience designed to provide undergraduate students with an introduction to commercial banking operations, strategies, and career paths. You will work alongside relationship managers, credit analysts, and team leaders to gain hands-on exposure to financial solutions and industry insights. The program includes workshops, training sessions, mentorship, and networking opportunities with peers and leadership.
What you'll do#
- Participate in internship program activities, including workshops, training sessions, and special projects.
- Conduct market research and financial analysis to identify client needs and recommend banking solutions.
- Assist with financial spreads, due diligence on potential borrowers or guarantors, and loan document reviews.
- Collaborate with team members to contribute to real-time business initiatives.
- Support marketing activities to enhance client engagement and promote banking services.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Rising Senior status with an expected graduation in 2027.
- 3.4 GPA preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure.
