About the role#
This is a 10-week paid internship program based in Austin, Texas. You will work on-site full-time to gain exposure to commercial banking operations, strategies, and professional development. The role focuses on building analytical skills while working alongside experienced team members.
What you'll do#
- Conduct market research and financial analysis to identify client needs.
- Assist with financial spreads, due diligence on potential borrowers or guarantors, and loan document reviews.
- Collaborate with relationship managers and credit analysts on business initiatives.
- Support marketing activities to improve client engagement.
- Participate in required workshops, training sessions, and program projects.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate status pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or Business Administration.
- A 3.4 GPA is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- A detail-oriented and proactive approach to tasks.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure.
