About the role#
This is a 10-week summer internship focused on digital banking operations and strategy. You will work with product managers, digital analysts, and team leaders to support consumer and business initiatives. The program includes workshops, training sessions, and networking opportunities to help you build your professional skills.
What you'll do#
- Conduct market research and digital financial analysis to identify client needs.
- Recommend digital banking solutions based on your findings.
- Assist with data analytics, document reviews, and due diligence on digital platforms to support client transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote digital banking services and enhance client engagement.
- Participate in company workshops, projects, and training sessions.
- Manage your tasks and meet project deadlines.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Business Management, Project Management, Information Systems, Market Research, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Preference for rising seniors graduating in December 2027 or May 2028.
- A 3.4 GPA is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to learning.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Completion of mandatory new hire compliance training and orientation.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid position at $20 per hour.
- The role is remote, available to residents of VA, NC, SC, GA, FL, AL, TX, and CO.
- You must have a secure home office environment free from distractions and a reliable private internet connection (cable or fiber preferred).
- Travel may be required for occasional meetings.
