About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in investment services and client relations. You will work directly with the Private Wealth Investment Services team to support daily operations and complete key projects. A mentor will guide you through your tasks and help you navigate the business. This is a paid, part-time position for the Fall 2026 term.
What you'll do#
- Complete one or more key projects for the team.
- Assist with banking tasks, process audits, and reports.
- Serve as the point of contact for client reception and internal departments.
- Schedule and prepare for client meetings.
- Perform housekeeping duties for advisor accounts.
- Process account maintenance tasks, such as address updates and beneficiary changes, and follow up on their completion.
- Prepare and process client mail, including forms, tax documents, and statements.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a business or related degree program with at least junior standing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Project management and time management skills.
- High attention to detail.
- A team-oriented mindset, positive attitude, and the ability to learn quickly.
