About the role#
This co-op position joins the team responsible for the tools and infrastructure that power testing across PlayStation software and hardware. You will work at the intersection of software engineering, quality engineering, and platform infrastructure to support continuous testing across various environments. Our goal is to provide reliable, scalable, and efficient systems that help teams ship high-quality experiences.
What you'll do#
- Develop automated test frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and foundational tooling.
- Build systems to ensure PlayStation developers’ builds remain green.
- Collaborate with product teams, platform engineers, and QA professionals across the company.
- Balance competing priorities from different team members and stakeholders.
- Use qualitative and quantitative metrics to determine priorities and measure the effectiveness of your work.
What you'll need#
- Experience in Python, C++, or Javascript.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD systems like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
- Working knowledge of Docker-based test environments.
- Familiarity with Node, React Native, Kubernetes, and REST APIs.
- Comfort working in both Linux and Windows development environments.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.

- Compensation: $27.50 to $47.10 CAD per hour.
