About the role#
As a Technical Program Management Co-op, you will support the Monetization team in delivering features that shape the PlayStation experience. You will work alongside engineering, product, and design teams to help manage the delivery of services like Subscriptions and Personalization. This position is based in Waterloo, Ontario, and follows a hybrid work model.
What you'll do#
- Partner with engineering teams to deliver monetization features.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint planning.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and design leads to turn strategy into roadmaps.
- Track deliverables by updating Jira boards, roadmaps, and status trackers.
- Monitor project progress, identify dependencies, flag risks, and support mitigation planning.
- Communicate status updates to stakeholders and support release readiness.
- Standardize templates and practices to help improve team processes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience working with product, design, and engineering teams in a technical environment.
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence for planning and documentation.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools like Google Suite, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Figma.
- Strong understanding of microservices and cloud-native concepts, including APIs, CI/CD, and release processes.
- Experience with project coordination, backlog management, and writing user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Ability to analyze data and present insights through spreadsheets or dashboards.
- Understanding of risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder communication.

- Compensation: Paid position with a pay range of $27.50 to $47.10 CAD per hour. Additional perks include PlayStation game vouchers, store credit, and employee discounts.
