About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2027. You will work on specific assignments and projects within your track while completing a learning plan to master relevant skills. You will attend team and customer meetings, collaborate with other interns on a summer project, and present your work to management and executive leadership at the end of the term.
What you'll do#
- Complete tasks and master skills defined in your learning plan.
- Develop and execute processes to address challenges in your area.
- Create formal proposals and presentations for various levels of management.
- Attend developmental training and workshops provided by the internship program.
- Participate in team and customer meetings.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in college with at least your sophomore year completed.
- Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Agribusiness, or a related field.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD.
- Strong organizational, time, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach to work.
