About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2027 based in Smithfield, Virginia. You will gain real-world experience in the food and beverage manufacturing industry by working on projects within your specific track. The program lasts approximately 10 weeks and includes mentorship and exposure to various disciplines across our team.
What you'll do#
- Complete a structured learning plan and master identified tasks.
- Attend team and customer meetings within your functional area.
- Develop processes to address specific business challenges.
- Create formal proposals and presentations for management.
- Participate in developmental training and workshops.
- Collaborate with other interns on a summer project.
- Present your work to executive leadership and peers at the end of the summer.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Finance, Accounting, Agribusiness, or related degree program.
- Completion of your sophomore year of college.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD.
- Strong organizational, project, and time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive mindset and self-motivation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A respectful and approachable attitude when building working relationships.

- Position is located in Smithfield, VA.
- This role is on-site and requires full-time commitment.
