About the role#
We are hiring a Marketing Intern for the Fall 2026 term. This is a paid, full-time position based on-site in Milwaukee. You will work directly with our marketing team to support product initiatives and brand strategy.
What you'll do#
- Follow all safety protocols and participate in required safety programs to maintain our safety-first culture.
- Create marketing materials like brochures, product sheets, and presentations.
- Work with our marketing agency and the global Biospringer team on digital campaigns.
- Research industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Help coordinate logistics and promotional materials for trade shows, conferences, and events.
- Partner with sales and technical teams to ensure marketing efforts support business goals.
- Handle various administrative tasks and special projects as they arise.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a professional or academic setting, such as an internship, volunteer role, or previous job.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Skills in graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and social media platforms.

- Schedule: On-site, 20 to 40 hours per week.
