About the role#
The Analyst, Quality & Outcome - Co-op Student will support the implementation of the Enterprise Quality Framework and the three-year Healthcare Quality Strategy. Reporting to the Senior Director, Quality & Outcomes, this role focuses on driving continuous quality improvement for in-pharmacy and digital healthcare solutions through research, analysis, and project support.
What you'll do#
- Champion the Enterprise Quality Framework.
- Conduct research to expand the evidence base by reviewing quality standards, clinical guidelines, and new literature.
- Support the development of quality improvement and risk management projects from concept to implementation.
- Perform data analysis using hypothesis-driven approaches to uncover insights from clinical and administrative data.
- Assist in data management to build robust datasets and ensure high data quality.
- Prepare reports and presentations for enterprise governance bodies overseeing quality, risk, and clinical AI.
- Coordinate project deliverables, engage stakeholders, and resolve issues.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in an advanced degree program (Master's or PhD) in Health Sciences, Public Health, Health Administration, Health Informatics, or a related field.
- Strong foundational knowledge of the Canadian healthcare sector, particularly primary care.
- Demonstrated experience in research and analysis projects.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to contribute to technical reports and executive-level presentations.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools, including required experience with Excel.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate, build relationships, and influence effectively.
- Demonstrated interest in digital health innovation and AI.

- Salary Range: $35,100.00 - $65,700.00 per year.
