About the role#
We are hiring an Analyst, Quality & Outcome as a co-op student. Reporting to the Senior Director, Quality & Outcomes, you will support the implementation of our Enterprise Quality Framework and Healthcare Quality Strategy. This role involves research, analysis, and evaluation to help advance our in-pharmacy and digital healthcare solutions.
What you'll do#
- Champion our Enterprise Quality Framework.
- Conduct research to expand our evidence base by reviewing quality standards, clinical guidelines, and new literature.
- Support the development of quality improvement and risk management projects from concept to implementation.
- Perform data analysis using hypothesis-driven approaches to uncover insights from clinical and administrative data.
- Assist in data management to help build datasets and ensure high standards of data quality.
- Prepare reports and presentations for enterprise governance bodies.
- Coordinate project deliverables, engage with stakeholders, and resolve issues.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an advanced degree program (Master's or PhD) in Health Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
- Strong foundational knowledge of the Canadian healthcare sector, specifically primary care.
- Demonstrated experience in research and analysis projects.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills for technical reports and presentations.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools, including Excel. Familiarity with SQL, R, or Python is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate and build relationships.
- An interest in digital health innovation.
