    About the role#

    The Engineering Co-op is a 15-week program hosted by the Engineering Department. You will work on-site at our Richmond, Kentucky facility starting in May 2027. This is a full-time, paid position designed to provide hands-on experience by assisting site Engineering Managers with daily tasks and department initiatives.

    What you'll do#

    • Perform equipment analysis and support new installations or facility revisions.
    • Develop drawings and specifications for equipment layout.
    • Investigate new plant engineering processes and techniques.
    • Complete special projects as identified by the Engineering Team.
    • Deliver a final presentation at the end of the rotation to site, program, and division leadership.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a college or university with sophomore standing or higher.
    • Pursuing a degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
    • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
    • Minimum age of 18 years.
    • At least one year of experience using Microsoft Office products.
    • Previous experience in a team-oriented setting.
    • At least one year of experience in a leadership role or supervising others.
    • At least one year of work experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or operations function, or completion of a Sherwin-Williams Development Program in an Engineering function.
    • Previous internship or Co-op experience in the Sherwin-Williams Global Supply Chain Division.
    • Willingness to relocate for future job opportunities.
