About the role#
The Engineering Co-Op is a 15-week program hosted by the Engineering Department. You will support the site Engineering Manager with daily tasks and specific projects to help meet department goals. This is a full-time, paid position starting in May 2027.
What you'll do#
- Perform equipment analysis.
- Support new installations and facility revisions.
- Create drawings and specifications for equipment layouts.
- Research new plant engineering processes and techniques.
- Execute special projects assigned by the Engineering Team.
- Deliver a final presentation to site, program, and division leadership at the end of your rotation.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college or university, with sophomore standing or higher in an Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering degree program.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- At least one year of experience with Microsoft Office products.
- Previous experience in a team-oriented setting.
- At least one year of leadership experience or experience supervising others.
- At least one year of work experience in manufacturing, distribution, or operations, or completion of a Sherwin-Williams Engineering Development Program.
- Previous internship or Co-op experience in the Sherwin-Williams Global Supply Chain Division is preferred.
- Willingness to relocate for future job opportunities.
