    About the role#

    The Engineering Co-op Program is a 15-week opportunity within the Engineering Department. This role begins in May 2027 and is based at our site in Bowling Green, Kentucky. You will assist the site Engineering Manager with daily tasks and department initiatives.

    What you'll do#

    • Perform equipment analysis and investigate new plant engineering processes.
    • Support new installations and facility revisions.
    • Develop drawings and specifications for equipment layouts.
    • Manage special projects as identified by the Engineering Team.
    • Deliver a final presentation to site, program, and division leadership at the end of the rotation.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a college or university, pursuing an engineering degree with sophomore standing or higher.
    • Focus in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
    • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
    • Minimum age of 18 years.
    • At least one year of experience with Microsoft Office products.
    • Previous experience in a team-oriented setting.
    • At least one year of experience in a leadership role or supervising others.
    • One year of work experience in manufacturing, distribution, or operations, or completion of a Sherwin-Williams engineering development program.
    • Previous internship or co-op experience within the Sherwin-Williams Global Supply Chain Division is preferred.
    • Willingness to relocate for future job opportunities.
