About the role#
The Engineering Co-op is a 15-week program hosted by our Engineering Department. You will work with site Engineering Managers on day-to-day tasks and special projects to support department goals. This role begins in May 2027 and is based at our Global Headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio.
What you'll do#
- Assist Engineering Managers with daily operations and specific projects.
- Perform equipment analysis.
- Support new installations and facility revisions.
- Create drawings and specifications for equipment layouts.
- Investigate new plant engineering processes and techniques.
- Deliver a final presentation at the end of the rotation to site, program, and division leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college or university, pursuing an Engineering degree with at least sophomore standing.
- Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Minimum age of 18.
- One year of experience using Microsoft Office products.
- Enrollment in an Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering program.
- Experience in a team-oriented setting.
- One year of experience in a leadership role or supervising others.
- One year of work experience in manufacturing, distribution, or operations, or completion of a Sherwin-Williams Development Program.
- Previous internship or Co-op experience in the Sherwin-Williams Global Supply Chain Division is preferred.
- Willingness to relocate for future job opportunities.
