About the role#
The Engineering Co-op Program is a 15-week initiative hosted by the Engineering Department. You will work directly with site Engineering Managers on daily tasks and specific projects to support departmental goals. This role is based at our site in Morrow, Georgia, and begins in May 2027.
What you'll do#
- Perform equipment analysis and investigate new plant engineering processes.
- Support new installations and facility revisions.
- Create drawings and specifications for equipment layout.
- Execute special projects as assigned by the Engineering Team.
- Deliver a final presentation to site, program, and division leadership at the end of your rotation.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college or university with sophomore standing or higher.
- Pursuing a degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- At least 18 years of age.
- At least one year of experience using Microsoft Office products.
- Previous experience in a team-oriented setting.
- One year of experience in a leadership role or supervising others.
- One year of work experience in manufacturing, distribution, or operations, or completion of a Sherwin-Williams Engineering Development Program.
- Previous internship or Co-op experience in the Sherwin-Williams Global Supply Chain Division.
- Willingness to relocate for future job opportunities.
