    About the role#

    The Engineering Co-op is a 15-week program hosted by the Engineering Department. You will work directly with site Engineering Managers to assist with day-to-day tasks and special projects. This role begins in May 2027 and is based on-site in Los Angeles, California. At the end of the rotation, you will deliver a final presentation to site, program, and division leadership.

    What you'll do#

    • Perform equipment analysis.
    • Support new installations and facility revisions.
    • Develop drawings and specifications for equipment layout.
    • Investigate new plant engineering processes and techniques.
    • Execute special projects as identified by the Engineering Team.

    What you'll need#

    • Currently enrolled in a college or university, pursuing an Engineering degree with sophomore standing or higher.
    • Pursuing a degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
    • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
    • At least 18 years of age.
    • At least one year of experience with Microsoft Office products.
    • Previous experience in a team-oriented setting.
    • At least one year of experience in a leadership role or leading teams.
    • At least one year of work experience in manufacturing, distribution, or operations, or completion of a Sherwin-Williams Engineering Development Program.
    • Previous internship or Co-op experience in the Sherwin-Williams Global Supply Chain Division.
    • Willingness to relocate for future job opportunities.
