About the role#
The Marketplace Affiliates Associate role is part of our Digital Sharks early careers program. You will join the Global eCommerce Pure Players team to build our affiliate marketing presence on major global marketplaces. This is an opportunity to work from a blank page, test strategies, and use real data to drive our approach in your specific market.
What you'll do#
- Take ownership of a defined market and measurable business outcomes from your first month.
- Get 100 pieces of affiliate content live within your first 30 days.
- Identify, contact, and onboard creators and affiliate partners.
- Run tests to determine what content works and document findings for our Centre of Excellence playbook.
- Track performance by format, creator, and category to understand what drives conversions.
- Collaborate with sales and digital marketing teams to ensure affiliate traffic lands on optimized pages.
- Present your work and updates during weekly meetings and sprint reviews.
What you'll need#
- Recent graduate or final year student in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Media, or a related field.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work through ambiguity.
- Interest in creator content and online buying behavior.
- Analytical skills and comfort working with data to identify trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Professional fluency in English and French.
