About the role#
This Product Management Co-op position supports initiatives across the direct-to-consumer commerce ecosystem. You will work alongside product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to help ship improvements across Salesforce Commerce Cloud storefronts and partner sites. This role provides exposure to the full product lifecycle, from intake and discovery through delivery and measurement, while supporting internal teams that rely on the commerce platform.
What you'll do#
- Support product managers in gathering, documenting, and prioritizing requirements from stakeholders in marketing, merchandising, operations, and customer service.
- Maintain the product backlog by writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Assist with intake for new requests by triaging incoming tasks and routing work to the appropriate teams.
- Coordinate across engineering squads and business teams to track delivery status and unblock dependencies.
- Conduct research on storefront features, distributor site functionality, and industry practices.
- Analyze data, including ticket volumes and storefront performance, to surface insights that inform prioritization.
- Participate in agile ceremonies such as standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document complex problems clearly.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Analytical mindset and comfort working with data to draw conclusions.
- Curiosity about e-commerce, digital products, and the mechanics of online storefronts.
- Proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Familiarity with productivity and project tracking tools.
Location & details#
- Term: Fall 2026 (August through December 2026).
- Location: Needham, Massachusetts.
- Modality: Full-time, on-site (minimum 3 days per week).
- Compensation: Paid position ($30, $36 per hour).
