Fall 2026: ShopShark Co-op, eCommerce Affiliate Creator Selection & Growth

About the role#

As a ShopShark Co-op, you will manage a specific market-and-category cell, taking ownership of the affiliate creator selection and growth process. You will be responsible for identifying relevant creators, managing the full CRM pipeline, and utilizing AI tools to scale outreach and reporting efforts. This role is designed for early-career talent to gain hands-on experience in eCommerce affiliate strategy.

What you'll do#

• Map and hunt every relevant affiliate in your assigned market and category using eCommerce affiliate platforms and AI discovery tools.
• Review creator content and document high-performing work in the CRM to inform selection decisions.
• Run a structured selection process, including extending targeted invitations and managing commission structures.
• Oversee the full CRM pipeline, including outreach, sample logistics, content go-lives, and performance tracking.
• Use AI to scale personalized outreach and present pipeline health and market learnings to leadership.
• Drive content toward engagement targets and manage performance-based amplification for successful posts.

What you'll need#

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program, or have graduated within the past year.
• Native TikTok fluency and a deep understanding of the creator ecosystem and trends.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end creator or influencer campaigns.
• Strong analytical instincts with the ability to turn creator data into actionable decisions.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to scale outreach or analysis.
• Disciplined CRM habits and a hunter's mentality regarding high-volume, personalized outreach.
• Preferred majors include Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Data Science, or Psychology.

Location & details#

• Term: Fall 2026 (August through December 2026).
• Location: New York, New York.
• Modality: Full-time, on-site (minimum 3 days per week in the Flatiron District office).
• Compensation: This is a paid position with an hourly salary range of $29—$38 USD.
