About the role#
This co-op role supports the Acceleration team in building and maintaining the systems that allow SharkNinja’s global social organization to scale. You will focus on two core areas: enablement, which involves onboarding and training documentation, and governance, which covers account infrastructure and platform standards. This position is designed for students interested in team enablement, organizational development, and operations.
What you'll do#
- Design and maintain onboarding materials for new hires across global markets.
- Develop and update process guides, playbooks, and training content.
- Coordinate onboarding logistics and organize knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Maintain the team’s source-of-truth tracker for social account ownership and access.
- Perform audits of account structures and admin roles to identify inconsistencies.
- Track governance health metrics, such as access hygiene and 2FA compliance, and report gaps to the team.
- Support coordination with regional teams regarding account setup and governance best practices.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's program (or graduation within the past year).
- Academic background in Communications, Business Administration, or Media Studies.
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to translate processes into clear documentation.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Interest in team enablement, training design, or organizational development.
Location & details#
- Term: Fall 2026 (August through December).
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Modality: Hybrid, with a minimum of 3 days per week on-site in Needham, Massachusetts, and the remaining days remote.
- Compensation: This is a paid position.
