About the role#
The Sales Co-op for the Marketplaces team is an early careers position focused on the eCommerce Pure Players business. You will take ownership of how SharkNinja products perform on major global marketplaces. This role is responsible for ensuring top products remain in stock, are priced competitively, and are advertised efficiently to drive revenue.
What you'll do#
- Own the health of top SKUs by monitoring availability, competitive pricing, affordability, and TACoS%.
- Track competitor pricing and promotional activity to flag risks to the commercial team.
- Monitor performance daily and resolve issues by coordinating with supply chain, pricing, media, and content teams.
- Build and maintain weekly reports on SKU health for regional leadership.
- Participate in the program operating rhythm, including daily stand-ups and weekly Show & Tell sessions where you present your work.
What you'll need#
- Recent graduate or in the final year of a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Commerce, International Business, or a related discipline.
- Organized approach with strong attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset and comfort working with data to identify trends.
- Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
