About the role#
We are looking for a SIOP Intern to join our Americas Sale Inventory Operation Planning team for the summer of 2027. You will help drive data standardization, performance analytics, and process improvement initiatives. This role offers exposure to supply chain planning, operations, inventory management, and business analytics while you contribute to strategic transformation projects.
What you'll do#
- Support data collection, cleansing, and standardization across multiple MRP systems to improve reporting consistency.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for inventory risk, customer demand, and supply planning performance.
- Analyze execution variances to identify root causes related to performance.
- Gather and validate data for recurring business reviews to support operational decision-making.
- Assist with process documentation, testing, training materials, and change management activities.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, and Finance teams to support data-driven decisions.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to organize and analyze large data sets from multiple sources.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- This internship is based in Westerville, Ohio.
- This is an on-site, full-time position for Summer 2027.
