About the role#
As a Performance Data Associate Co-op, you will join the Marketplace Intelligence team to help build APEX, our intelligence layer for global e-commerce. You will work alongside data leads, engineers, and commercial teams to manage performance data for global marketplaces like Amazon. This role provides hands-on experience in AI-native analytics and requires you to take ownership of a defined market and business outcome from your first month.
What you'll do#
- Integrate 3rd party API connections into APEX to improve agentic context.
- Support the completion of three consecutive two-week sprints on the Agentic Jailbreak Big Build.
- Build and maintain reporting on availability, pricing, content quality, and advertising efficiency.
- Identify marketplace opportunities through competitor and category analysis.
- Document where agent outputs fail and translate commercial questions into actionable data.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and present your work during weekly sessions.
What you'll need#
- Recent graduate or final year student in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Comfort working with APIs, structured data, and real-world datasets.
- Analytical skills with an ability to identify trends and support decisions.
- Clear communication skills to translate complex information into actions.
- Proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn.
