About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship for Spring 2028. You will work on-site in Augusta, Georgia, gaining hands-on experience in public accounting. This role is designed for students who are two years away from graduation.
What you'll do#
- Gain insight into the public accounting profession.
- Work for multiple supervisors across a variety of client engagements.
- Apply your accounting knowledge to client work using firm technology.
- Shadow audit professionals at all levels.
- Participate in team building and training initiatives.
- Complete and present a marketing or research project.
- Attend social functions, including lunches, happy hours, and community service projects.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a junior or senior in an accredited accounting, finance, or business administration program.
- Two years remaining until graduation.
- Proficiency with computers and spreadsheet software.
- Ability to travel to client sites, which includes frequent same-day travel.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above is preferred, though not required.
- Eligibility to work in the United States, as we do not provide sponsorship for this position.
