About the role#
The AI/Sharks Applied AI & Analytics Co-op is an immersive, five-and-a-half-month rotation designed for early career talent. You will join the Jailbreak AI initiative, working directly on live business problems to build production-ready AI solutions. This role offers real ownership and direct partnership with technical and business leaders. You will contribute to SharkNinja's AI transformation strategy while gaining exposure to enterprise-scale innovation.
What you'll do#
- Own the end-to-end scoping, analysis, and delivery of defined business problems.
- Design, iterate, and document AI prompts and workflows.
- Manage data preparation pipelines and build dashboards, reports, or models.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights within datasets to provide actionable recommendations.
- Use AI tools to improve efficiency and automate analytical workflows.
- Develop and test agentic workflow prototypes to reduce manual effort.
- Present findings and recommendations directly to team leads and business stakeholders.
- Identify data gaps or inconsistencies and propose solutions.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program, or graduated within the past year.
- Ability to work a full-time, 40-hour-per-week schedule.
- Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar tools.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Demonstrated experience building with AI, including LLMs, automation workflows, agent frameworks, or prompt engineering.
- Experience working with real-world or messy datasets.
- A structured and logical approach to problem-solving.
- Interest in consumer products, retail, or e-commerce.

- This position requires a minimum of 3 days per week onsite.
- Locations: Needham, Massachusetts; Miami, Florida; or New York, New York.
- Term: August 2026 to December 2026.
